REPLACEMENT REQUEST

The SAVAGE JEWELERS Quality Guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a replacement of equivalent value. Please review the replacement requirements below before submitting your request.

  • One free lifetime replacement on all original item purchases, except for 10K and 14K gold.

  • Before sending the original item back, you must complete the request below and respond to emails and/or phone calls from SAVAGE JEWELERS confirming the original item will be accepted for replacement and which new item will serve as the replacement.

  • The original item must be returned to SAVAGE JEWELERS. After SAVAGE JEWELERS receives the original item, the equivalent replacement will be shipped to the address from which the original item was sent.

  • SAVAGE JEWELERS will provide a return label via email, to cover the cost of shipping the original item.

  • SAVAGE JEWELERS only accepts and ships replacements within the United States of America.
