Return & Exchanges

Savage Jewelers has a strict return policy.  If you’re not satisfied with your item, we need to be notified within 24 hours of the carriers (USPS/FedEx/UPS) confirmed delivery of your item.  Within 1 business day, the item must be shipped back to us by providing carrier tracking number.  There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.  Refund will be issued once Savage Jewelers has received and inspected your item.

We will accept exchanges within 7 days of the carriers confirmed delivery of your item.  All exchanges must be for the same value or if you would like to exchange for an item that costs more, the difference will need to be paid prior to shipment.  All exchanges will take place after Savage Jewelers has received and inspected your item.
